Horizon: For value optimization and predictive analytics.
Synergy: For strategic vision and high-level coordination.
3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

Accurate Information: Provide accurate information when using our interactive “Problem-Solver” chat or “Find Your Digital Worker” Q&A tools to ensure accurate solution matching.
Lawful Use: Use our automation services and Digital Workers only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to transmit malicious code or violate regulatory standards.
Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. While CoWorQ ensures safe data transfer and access control, you are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Automation Disclaimer

Our Digital Workers are designed to be autonomous and adaptive. However, they are tools designed to assist and optimize, not replace human judgment entirely.
Decision Support: Workers like Horizon and Synergy provide insights to inform executive decisions. You acknowledge that final business decisions remain your responsibility.
Continuous Learning: Some agents, such as Pulse+, incorporate learning mechanisms to adapt responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs should be monitored for relevance to your specific business context.
4.2 Orchestration
CoWorQ utilizes a “Digital Worker Orchestration” framework to coordinate how AI interacts with your systems. You grant CoWorQ permission to configure these interactions within your approved environment.
5.Intellectual Property
CoWorQ IP: All rights, title, and interest in the CoWorQ platform, the “Digital Worker” character concepts (Pulse, Pulse+, Pathway, Horizon, Synergy), and our proprietary orchestration frameworks remain the exclusive property of CoWorQ.
Client Data: You retain ownership of your business data. We process your data solely to provide automation services.
Third-Party Platforms: Our services leverage third-party platforms (N8N, LLMs, Open Source Observability modules, etc). Your use of these specific platforms may also be subject to their respective Terms of Service.
6.Data Privacy and Collection
Interactive Tools: When you use our homepage search bar or Q&A flows, we capture query data to understand market needs, refine our matching algorithms, and improve our product offerings.
